"Heavy" Jon Curtis was a popular student and ZHS icon (and noted school artist) circa 1973/74. His artwork can be found sprinkled throughout the 1973 yearbook. Jon passed away after a lengthy illness a few years ago. Barb Robinson had sent me additional pictures and some of his artwork when I was working on the early/mid 70's yearbooks but until just recently, when I put myself in a position to be able to serve up sufficient bandwidth, I didn't really have the ability to display the additional inputs in a manner that would do them justice. For anybody who wants more information on Jon's life after ZAB and his illness, you should join the zhsgroups mailing list at Tess' web page and "shout out" to Barb Robinson who may be able to put you in touch with Albert Duke, who I believe was in close contact with Jon's parents and Jon all the way to his passing. Another person who had after ZAB contact with Jon and family was Dean "Bogart" Fredrickson. The following are pictures and a couple of his drawings. On the drawings, you can click on the display picture to get a larger copy in a seperate window.
